Arkansas – 1837

Public surveys conducted by government surveyor’s office in Little Rock showing townships that had been surveyed just after statehood. The Choctaw Nation and Cherokee Nation boundaries (now Oklahoma) are shown as the western border of Arkansas, but present day Miller County, Arkansas is not surveyed since the boundary between the United States and the Republic of Texas was disputed.
