Chad L. Cumming, Jr.

Chad Cumming is an associate with Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. A life-long resident of Little Rock, Mr. Cumming earned his undergraduate degree at Westminster College, his teaching certification at the University of Texas at Arlington, and his master’s degree in Education Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before entering the practice of law, he taught and held administrative positions in both public and parochial schools for ten years. Mr. Cumming graduated with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and joined the Arkansas Bar in 2008. Mr. Cumming chairs the Education Law Practice Group, and he is a member of the Arkansas School Board Association, the Council of School Attorneys, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Cumming serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees for Camp Mitchell and serves on the Executive Council for the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. He and his wife Jennifer have two children, and they attend St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Little Rock.
