Biography

Mr. Cumming is an associate with Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. After earning his undergraduate degree at Westminster College and his teaching certificate at the University of Texas at Arlington, Mr. Cumming taught in both public and parochial schools for ten years. While teaching, Mr. Cumming earned a Master's Degree in Education Administration at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Cumming also served in administrative positions and worked with the Arkansas Department of Education in developing the reading benchmarks exam.

Mr. Cumming entered the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Cumming served as a new student mentor and was an associate editor of the UALR Law Review. Mr. Cumming graduated with honors in 2007 and joined the Arkansas Bar in 2008.
