Biography
Judy P. McNeilMs. McNeil is a senior associate with Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. Ms. McNeil was educated at Southern Arkansas University and University of Arkansas School of Law and entered the Arkansas Bar in 1980. Ms. McNeil provides legal representation in connection with many local and national commercial real estate transactions, business mergers and acquisitions, and equity securities offerings. As part of the Corporate and Municipal Finance Group, Ms. McNeil provides expertise regarding title and survey issues.
