The importance of establishing the best structure, conducting aggressive negotiation and then providing accurate documentation of asset purchases can’t be overstated. Through our involvement with the American Resort Developers Association, we are well known to the resort development community and we serve as counsel to many companies in this industry.
In addition, we are members of the International Council of Shopping Centers. For the last several years, we have co-sponsored the AR/OK ICSC Idea Exchange and the Annual Reception for Arkansas Real Estate Professionals attending the ICSC ReCon Event in Las Vegas. Additionally, one of our partners sits on the Editorial Board of the Retail Law Strategist, a leading industry trade publication.
