Careful planning can avoid construction project problems, but disputes often arise during and after construction. Effective representation of owners and contractors centers around three very important areas of concern: planning for construction and contract documentation, construction management and dispute resolution. We have a rich pool of experience and expertise in all three of these areas. We have negotiated multi-million dollar construction, architect and engineering contracts. We have provided legal counsel before, during and after projects that stretched across three counties, with three general contractors, and five sets of contract documents.
