Our attorneys remain current, and have active practices in, all state and federal land sales registration requirements and coordinate the filing of registration statements and amendments on behalf of our resort developer clients.

We ensure that our clients' timeshare and condominium regime documents comply with applicable state laws and that they provide the most flexibility possible to developers and lenders.

In connection with our services, we provide counsel and assistance with all aspects of the Federal Truth-in-Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Practices Act, Interstate Land Sales Registration Act, and all other federal and state-specific statutes applicable to land sales and development. Our resort developer clients are located throughout the United States.

Through our involvement in the American Resort Developers Association and our representation of many of its members, we are well known throughout the resort development finance community, and its members regularly rely on our regime documentation and subdivision structuring in connection with their provision of credit facilities to our clients. Of course, we also serve as counsel to many lenders in this industry.

We also counsel clients involved in the development and marketing of vacation clubs, a progressive product that is similar to traditional timesharing, but which does not always fall within the same statutory and regulatory scheme. Our service to the vacation club industry focuses on the development of viable vacation club products that comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
