Judy P. McNeil was a senior associate with Gill Ragon Owen, P.A. Judy graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a B.S.E. in 1975, attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, and entered the Arkansas Bar in 1980. Judy represented many clients, who usually became friends, in Family Law/Domestic Relations matters and estate planning. As part of the initial Corporate and Municipal Finance Group, Judy provided expertise regarding title and survey issues and legal representation in connection with many local and national commercial real estate transactions, business mergers and acquisitions, and equity securities offerings. Judy was intelligent, funny, and a joy to all who knew her well. She will be greatly missed as a mentor, colleague, and friend.
